Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the provision of personalized travel itinerary services by Zeyra Journeys.
Last updated: August 10, 2026
1. Use of This Website
The content of this website is provided for informational and institutional purposes.
Texts, photographs, graphic elements, visual identity, layout, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, according to the nature of each element, and may not be reproduced, adapted, distributed, or used commercially without authorization, except where permitted by law.
The trademarks, names, logos, and other distinctive signs used by Zeyra Journeys may not be used in a way that creates improper association, confusion, or unauthorized commercial use.
2. What the Service Is
Zeyra Journeys develops personalized travel itineraries based on each traveler’s interests, priorities, travel style, and needs.
The development of each itinerary involves research, curation, evaluation, selection, and organization of the elements relevant to the project.
Depending on the characteristics of the trip, the itinerary may include recommendations for destinations, accommodations, experiences, dining, transportation, logistics, and practical information.
The final itinerary is delivered digitally and is designed to provide the traveler with a personalized structure to guide the organization and experience of the trip.
The detailed scope of the service is described on the Travel Curation page and will be specifically defined in the proposal for each project.
3. What the Service Does Not Include
As part of the personalized itinerary service, Zeyra Journeys does not intermediate, book, purchase, or sell flights, accommodations, tours, transportation, or other travel services on behalf of the traveler.
Zeyra Journeys also:
- does not make reservations or payments to suppliers on behalf of the traveler;
- does not enter into agreements with suppliers on behalf of the traveler;
- does not provide concierge services;
- does not provide assistance during the trip for changes, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
Reservations, purchases, payments, and other travel-related arrangements are made directly by the traveler with the respective suppliers.
The traveler is responsible for reviewing and accepting the prices, terms, cancellation policies, terms of use, and other conditions established by each supplier before making any booking or purchase.
4. Process, Proposal, and Commercial Terms
The process begins with a conversation to understand the traveler’s interests, priorities, travel style, expectations, practical needs, and destinations being considered.
Based on this information, Zeyra Journeys may prepare an individual proposal outlining the project scope, estimated timeline, investment, commercial terms, and next steps.
The research, curation, and itinerary development stage will begin after the proposal has been approved and the commercial conditions set out in it have been fulfilled.
The investment for each project is determined individually, taking into account factors such as scope, destination, trip duration, complexity, number of travelers, and the level of research and curation required.
The payment terms applicable to each project will be specified in the respective commercial proposal and, when applicable, in a separate agreement.
5. Traveler Responsibilities
To allow the itinerary to be developed appropriately, the traveler is responsible for:
- providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the discovery and briefing stages;
- informing Zeyra Journeys of any relevant needs that may affect the development or experience of the trip;
- verifying and complying with requirements relating to passports, visas, entry and stay requirements, vaccinations, health, customs, and any other applicable regulations;
- verifying prices, availability, schedules, booking conditions, and amendment or cancellation policies directly with each supplier;
- determining the need for and obtaining, when applicable or desired, travel insurance appropriate to the characteristics of the trip;
- reviewing the information presented in the itinerary before making reservations or other arrangements.
The traveler remains responsible for all final decisions regarding bookings, purchases, and the undertaking of the trip.
6. Nature of the Recommendations
Recommendations provided by Zeyra Journeys are developed based on the information supplied by the traveler, research carried out for the project, and information available at the time the itinerary is prepared.
Although careful research, curation, and selection criteria are applied, prices, schedules, availability, commercial policies, access conditions, local requirements, and other information relating to suppliers or destinations may subsequently change without notice to Zeyra Journeys.
The inclusion of a particular hotel, restaurant, experience, transportation option, guide, or other supplier in the itinerary constitutes a recommendation within the itinerary and does not represent a guarantee of future availability or of the performance of services contracted directly by the traveler.
Zeyra Journeys does not control the activities of suppliers contracted directly by the traveler and is not responsible for acts, omissions, changes, or failures in the performance of services provided by such third parties, without prejudice to any responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Likewise, external circumstances such as weather conditions, natural events, strikes, transportation cancellations, regulatory changes, government restrictions, health-related events, political events, or other circumstances beyond the control of Zeyra Journeys may affect the trip or certain recommendations.
7. Intellectual Property of the Itinerary
The personalized itinerary and materials developed by Zeyra Journeys are intended for the personal use of the contracting traveler and the people participating in the same trip.
The content may not be resold, published, reproduced for distribution to third parties, made commercially available, or used for commercial purposes, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization from Zeyra Journeys.
The traveler may freely use the information contained in the itinerary to organize, book, and undertake their own trip.
8. Project Adjustments and Changes
The project will be developed according to the scope approved in the proposal.
The proposal may provide for rounds of adjustments or revisions to the itinerary. Requests that fall within the contracted scope will be handled according to the conditions established in the proposal.
Substantial changes requested by the traveler — such as changes to the destination, travel dates, trip duration, composition of the traveling party, or other modifications requiring new research or significant restructuring — may be considered a change in scope.
In such cases, the timeline, investment, and project conditions may be revised. The traveler will be informed before any additional work is carried out.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
Commercial terms relating to project cancellation and any applicable refund will be set out in the individual proposal and may take into account, among other factors, the stage of development of the project and the services already performed at the time the cancellation request is made.
These conditions will apply without prejudice to any rights granted to consumers under Brazilian law, including the right of withdrawal when legally applicable.
Where a statutory right to cancellation or refund applies, the deadlines and conditions established by applicable law will be observed.
10. Responsibility
Zeyra Journeys is responsible for the proper provision of the personalized itinerary service in accordance with the contracted scope, the approved proposal, and applicable law.
Zeyra Journeys is not responsible for the performance of services contracted directly by the traveler with hotels, airlines, transportation companies, restaurants, guides, experience providers, or other independent suppliers.
Zeyra Journeys is also not responsible for losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the traveler or from subsequent changes made by suppliers, authorities, or other third parties that were not available or reasonably foreseeable during the development of the itinerary.
Any limitations of responsibility set out in these Terms will apply only to the extent permitted by Brazilian law and will not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Communication and Languages
Zeyra Journeys may provide service in Portuguese or English.
WhatsApp is the primary channel for starting a conversation about a potential project, and email is available as an alternative, as indicated on the Contact page.
During a contracted project, communication channels may be defined according to the proposal and the needs of the work.
12. Personal Data
Personal data provided to Zeyra Journeys is processed in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy, available on this website.
13. Applicable Law
These Terms and the services provided by Zeyra Journeys are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to applicable consumer protection laws and other mandatory legal provisions.
14. Changes to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated to reflect changes in the services, Zeyra Journeys’ practices, or applicable law.
The date shown at the beginning of this page identifies the most recent version.
For projects already contracted, the conditions in effect at the time of contracting will apply, unless a subsequent change is required by law or expressly agreed between the parties.
